    The event will begin with a Family Fun Festival, and we will have incredible YOUTH BREAKOUTS throughout the rally for 5 to 18-year-olds!

    We will start Wednesday afternoon and go through Friday at about 9 pm. 

    This event will be held outdoors.

    In July in Oregon, daytime temperatures often range 75-85°, and it gets cool in the evenings when the sun goes down.

  • Think about the essentials for a day outdoors: refillable water bottle, snacks, a sweatshirt for after the sun goes down.

    Clear Bag Policy in Effect

    • Only clear/transparent bags are permitted, regardless of size.

    • All bags will be inspected at entry.

    • Non-clear bags will not be allowed inside.

    • Diaper bags, medical bags, and coolers will require additional screening.

  • Please do not bring the following items:

    • Non-clear bags

    • Weapons of any kind

    • Drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances

    • Noise-making devices (including instruments, tambourines, air horns, whistles, etc.)

    • Recording equipment or drones

    • Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the property. Service animals trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable law.

    All items are subject to inspection at entry.

  • Paid parking will be required.

    All lots will have a limited number of ADA spots.

    Lots are for parking only, no loitering or tailgating.

    Motorhomes and RVs are not permitted. Overnight parking/camping is not allowed.

    Pets are not allowed. Do not keep pets in vehicles.

  • Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket.

  • Our retreat center is located on private property within a historic setting that includes uneven ground, hills, stairs, gravel pathways, and other spaces that may be difficult to access for guests with mobility limitations.

    Because of the nature and layout of the property, some areas may not be suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility accommodations.

    We want everyone to have the best possible experience. If you have specific accessibility questions or mobility concerns, please contact us prior to registration.
